Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes proper food handling and service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensures residents/guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and general descriptions of all menu items.
• Keeps tables and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assists with orientation and training of new servers.
• Follows safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets up and cleans the dining room maintaining hospitality standards.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
• Performs opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Assists in dining room flow, organization, and supplies placement.
• Other duties as assigned.
