Provincial Senior Living is seeking a full-time Server to join our dining team. Experience in a senior living community is preferred, with a focus on delivering friendly, timely service and adherence to food safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers opportunities to grow within a supportive, hospitality-driven environment. We value residents, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience with proper food handling and service techniques.
• Strong customer service in hospitality or dining settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensures residents/guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and item descriptions to describe to residents/guests.
• Keeps assigned tables and surrounding area clean and ready.
• Follows daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assists with orientation and training of new servers.
• Adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets up and cleans the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
• Performs opening/closing checklist criteria.
• Assists in dining room and surrounding areas for flow and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
