Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Server for The Quadrangle Club at the University of Chicago. The role covers efficient food and beverage service in the dining room and lounge on a shift-by-shift basis.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of server experience, excellent English communication, and a Food Handlers certificate with BASSET license. Compensation is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient food & beverage service of the dining room and/or lounge on a shift by shift basis.
• Expedite food orders, check for accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.
• Check daily boards for team side work assignments and special instructions.
• Process guests checks and billing through the Quad P.O.S system.
