Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years serving experience preferred.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes orders and delivers food and beverages promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
• Accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Follows established service standards for greeting, service, and delivery.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
