Job summary

Talking Rock Club in Prescott, AZ seeks a friendly Part-Time Bartender to join our private club environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft beer, wine and cocktails with enthusiasm, accuracy, and hospitality.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred; must meet age requirements and hold a Food Handlers Card. Outdoor/indoor settings and golf perks apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Twelve to twenty months’ related bartender experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere with knowledge of the resort facilities and dining area.
• Write orders, relay food orders to the kitchen.
• Serve and clear food and beverages following service etiquette and facility procedures.
• Connect with members/guests throughout the dining experience to ensure all needs are met and excellent service is provided.
• Work as a team, following direction from the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Notice and report potential safety issues or customer concerns to a supervisor.
• Check identification to assure customers are the legal age to purchase and consume alcohol.
