Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ in Tustin, CA is hiring a part-time Server who loves people and great food. You will greet guests, explain menus, take orders, and deliver prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a starting wage of $16.90 per hour plus tips, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement within a growing brand. Must be 21+ to serve and enjoy working in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and restaurant experience preferred.
• Passionate to provide genuine hospitality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm.
• Team player with strong work ethics.
• Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year).

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Explains menus and makes recommendations if needed.
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
• Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards
• Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
