Job summary

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ in Tustin, CA is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support busy dining service. You will keep dishware, pots, and grilling equipment clean, restock supplies, and assist the team during peak hours.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and employee discounts; prior restaurant experience is preferred and you must be able to work holiday season.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Follows sanitation standards and always keeps workstation clean and sanitized.
• 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and grilling equipment.
• Helps with other tasks as assigned by Manager on Duty.
• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
