Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a friendly Server for a part-time shift from 11:30am to 7:30pm in Ann Arbor, MI. You will greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment within a home-like community.

The role requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with English proficiency and a positive attitude toward residents. Crim background check is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Must maintain a positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with seating, standing, and mobility, including after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with dining prep and setup for service.
• Buss and tidy dining areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate dietary observations to supervisors and Wellness staff.
