Job summary

The Flourish Collection of Oakland Charter by StoryPoint Group is seeking a part-time Server Wait Staff to join our dining team. Shifts are 6am-2pm and 4pm-7:30pm, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

You will serve meals with care, maintain clean service areas, and contribute to a welcoming resident and guest experience. We value friendliness, teamwork, and consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
