Job summary

Bainbridge Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server for the Wyatt House, Thursday through Saturday, 11am–6:30pm on Bainbridge Island, WA. You will serve meals, ensure a warm dining experience, and engage with residents and families to foster a welcoming community.

Ideal candidates are 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED, with English literacy and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Benefits include meal on shift and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to alcohol service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and spoken English.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and walk/stand most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Create a positive dining experience and engaging interactions.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure top dining services.
• Build relationships with residents and families to support a welcoming environment.
• Follow all policies and maintain professionalism.
