Job summary

Eastcastle Place is seeking a Server to deliver warm, attentive dining experiences for our residents in Milwaukee. This part-time, non-exempt role pays $17.00 per hour with no tipping and requires evening hours.

You will take orders, serve meals, keep dining areas clean, accommodate resident preferences, and collaborate with culinary and care teams to create meaningful interactions that enhance daily life.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in hospitality service (required).
• Preferred experience in a senior living or health care facility.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests.
• Set tables and maintain clean dining areas.
• Take orders, serve meals, and accommodate special requests graciously.
• Clear and reset tables during and after service.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work environments and assist with events.
