MBK Senior Living in La Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, with a focus on personalized hospitality and resident comfort.

The role involves accurate order taking, timely service, and maintaining dining area cleanliness. Schedule is PM, 20 hours per week, with a pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, offering opportunities for training and professional growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with meal choices and dining needs.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and their care plan.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in supporting kitchen and dining services and participate in community marketing efforts.
