What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring excellent guest service and supporting the hotel's profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly, friendly, and efficiently to guest requests
• Knowing the menu, promotions, and specials
• Taking guest orders and inputting them into the point-of-sale system
• Retrieving and delivering orders timely
• Ensuring guest satisfaction during the meal service
