The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a friendly Server for a part-time shift. You will greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a welcoming and tidy dining environment.

Shifts are scheduled for 4:00pm to 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Join a team that values residents’ happiness and provides opportunities for growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at an 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining environment.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle with residents, and foster social connections.
• Prepare tables and service areas and assist with meal service.
• Buss tables and keep dining areas tidy to maintain a pleasant community.
