Job summary

Spectrum Retirement invites you to join our community as a part-time server. In this role you will help create an inviting dining experience for residents, greet guests, present menus, and guide them to tables, while collaborating with staff to deliver timely service.

You will need a friendly demeanor, a valid Food Handler's Card, and the ability to maintain professional presentation. Spectrum supports 401(k), time off, and Daily Pay, with vaccination encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Resilient with residents and guests and a positive attitude.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state regulations.
• Strong client-facing skills and professional presentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a community dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide residents to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes.
• Assist with drink orders and communicate resident orders to the kitchen and POS.
• Maintain dining room opening/closing duties per community standards.
