Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards; follow up as needed.
• Know menu items and allergens; advise guests on pairings and accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Communicate effectively, stay flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and protect guest information.
• Address guest concerns promptly and relay to supervisor.
• Ensure dining area is properly set up before and after service.
• Operate dining room equipment (tea/coffee machines, etc.) and assist with events.
