Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts up to 29 hours per week.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Demonstrates patience, attentiveness, and a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner and highlight featured items.
• Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system for timely service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and make informed recommendations.
• Use the POS to place orders and relay any special preparation requests to the kitchen.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Deliver attentive service, refill beverages, and check in with guests throughout dining.
• Address guest concerns promptly and refer complex issues to management as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment and proper setup of areas.
• Serve as a bartender or beverage cart attendant as needed.
