Job summary

Troon, at The Fountaingrove Club, is seeking a part-time Server/Bartender in California to deliver first-class guest experiences. You will process orders, serve food and beverages, and participate in a fast-paced dining room operation with strong safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-service oriented, and capable of working well in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu
• Takes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc.
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Listens and responds to customer complaints
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
