Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of English reading and speaking may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention at seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions; make recommendations.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and assist with tastings.
• Maintain organized workstation and perform side duties.
• Cross-train in bartending service.
• Follow POS and order-delivery procedures.
