Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support the food server and ensure a smooth guest experience. This role requires strong communication, stamina for a fast-paced setting, and the ability to handle lifting and movement tasks.

Candidates should be flexible to weekend and holiday shifts and bring prior customer service or restaurant experience. Excellent grooming and a welcoming demeanor are expected.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a moderate amount of weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food server in serving guests.
• Maintain grooming standards in a business casual environment.
• Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.
• Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment.
• Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders.
• Assist with side work duties as needed.
• Support various Food and Beverage operations, including banquet functions.
