• Resets tables to seat new customers quickly and maintains a clean service area.
• Retrieves cleaned dishes and distributes to service stations for reuse.
• Sweeps floors to keep the restaurant presentable during shifts.
• Maintains stock by stocking supplies and rotating stock as required.
• Assists waitstaff by refilling beverages and providing clean tableware on request.
• Keeps ice stations filled and ready for service.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful demeanor and performs other duties as assigned.
