Job summary

The Residence at Five Corners, operated by LCB Senior Living, is hiring a part-time Van Driver in Massachusetts. The role supports residents by safely transporting them to appointments and activities, with a focus on courteous service and family-friendly communication.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm, with a DOT certificate requirement and a pay band of $19.25–$22.25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to safely operate a 7–14+ passenger vehicle.
• Comfort interacting with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Operate 7–14+ passenger vehicle for resident transport.
• Ensure vehicle readiness, safety checks and supplies.
• Assist residents in entering/leaving the vehicle and carry items as needed.
• Prepare and transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Maintain paperwork for appointments and deliveries.
