Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Van Driver for The Residence at Penniman Hill in Hingham, MA. Full-time role requiring a valid driver's license and 3+ years of driving experience. You will transport residents, assist with boarding, and perform essential vehicle safety checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
Requires excellent driving skills and knowledge of servicing an automobile.
English communication skills (oral & written) required.
Requires frequent lifting, bending and stretching.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and completely.

Responsibilities

Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents and visitors.
Grow community occupancy by engaging potential residents and families.
Operate a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle and ensure readiness for transport.
Perform safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Transport residents to appointments and activities and assist with entering/leaving the vehicle.
