Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience writing manuals, SOPs and other similar documents.
• Strong command of grammar, style and formatting standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit and proofread technical data for manuals, procedures, specifications, and other customer deliverables.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets editorial and government specifications and standards.
• Assist in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations.
• Develop and maintain technical operational documentation including design materials, interface and pipeline documentation, test artifacts, recovery procedures, training handoff materials and deliverable packaging.
