Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Jackson, TN is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for our senior residents. The role includes assisting residents on/off the bus, logging trips, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

The position offers a part-time schedule with pay at $16.50 per hour. Qualified candidates will have 3 years shuttle/bus experience, a CDL license with a clean record, and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate care for seniors.
• Ability to maintain a bus schedule and knowledge of local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; may include evenings, weekends, holidays.
• You love to laugh and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus with safe support.
• Complete bus trip logs and follow routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill daily inspection log at trip start and submit on completion.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
