Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Findlay, OH is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport our senior residents safely and courteously. This part-time role follows a schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 4pm, with some Fridays 12pm–4pm.

Pay is $16 per hour with a daily pay option. Responsibilities include assisting residents on/off the bus, completing trip logs, and maintaining bus cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using the safest method.
• Complete bus trip logs and keep route priorities efficient.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill out daily inspection logs at trip start and submit upon completion.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
