Job summary

The Driver/Custodian for Mineral County's Senior Services program is a part-time role (up to 19 hours per week) focused on keeping the Senior Center clean and supporting meal service, including kitchen duties and meal deliveries.

You will perform custodial tasks, assist with meal preparation, deliver meals to homebound clients, and provide transport as needed under the Cook and Senior Services Director, following ADSD, USDA, health department, and road-safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Part-time position not to exceed 19 hours per week.
• Requires Nevada driver's license with good driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Must be able to perform custodial, kitchen, meal delivery and transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties: sweep/vacuum/mop floors; dust surfaces; clean restrooms; maintain grounds.
• Kitchen duties: assist with meal prep and sanitation; wash dishes; stock supplies.
• Meals on Wheels duties: prepare/pack meals; deliver to homebound clients; follow delivery schedules.
• Transportation duties: provide safe transportation to eligible clients; assist with boarding and safety.
• General duties: comply with ADSD/USDA/health and NDOT guidelines; assist staff as needed.
