Job summary

Mountain Resource Center is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and perform vehicle maintenance tasks. The role requires coordinating inspections and vendor services, including health inspections for preschool and safety-related duties.

This position is onsite, Monday–Thursday, 8:15am–4:30pm, at $22/hour. The candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with staff and visitors while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain exterior grounds and perform basic landscaping duties as needed.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and arrange repairs.
• Coordinate facility inspections, maintenance, and vendor services; ensure access and documentation.
