• Assist with minor repairs and work orders throughout the property.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Job Summary
Oak Leaf Manor North is looking for a hardworking, experienced Maintenance Assistant to add to our wonderful team! If you want to make a difference in someone else's life and enjoy taking care of and serving the elderly,

Candidates must be flexible based on business needs. Candidates also must be willing to assist at other facilities whenneeded and be part of an on-call rotation. tasks with room flips, drywall work, painting, installing items like cabinets, closet doors, moving furniture, etc.

PT 1st shift 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous maintenance experience preferred; the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of building maintenance experience
• Performs building maintenance, prioritizing safety concerns first
• Painting, patching, carpet cleaning, repairing, etc. all exited rooms as per the Property Services Manager/Administrator.
• Assist with minor repairs and work orders throughout the property.
• Assist with snow removal
• Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director or Administrator.
