Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking part-time Drivers to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents of a senior living community in Lake Ridge, VA. The role supports independence by driving to medical appointments, shopping trips, and events, while assisting residents with boarding and ensuring comfort and safety.

Flexible schedule and weekend differential are available; starting wage is $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Driver’s License with no moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Familiar with the Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, and events.
• Operates vehicle safely and assists passengers with boarding.
• Maintains accurate trip logs and reports incidents following procedures.
• Keeps vehicle clean and performs basic maintenance as needed.
• Upholds professional standards and protects resident confidentiality.
