• Take and log food temperatures at each meal.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and exceed regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment and ensure safe operation and temperatures.
• Label, date, and store food and supplies properly.
• Maintain meal service records as required.
• Lead kitchen operations in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Collaborate with Dining Services Director to enhance dining experience for residents.
