Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems is preferred.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred; reliability and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep custodian area and supply rooms neat and orderly; order supplies.
• Assist with snow removal from entrances and sidewalks as needed.
• Help maintain sanitation and safety in the building.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Check for safety hazards and report deficiencies; maintain building security.
• Operate building systems and custodial equipment; communicate effectively with staff.
