Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma in Ardmore, OK seeks a compassionate Senior Companion to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. This Part-Time opportunity allows flexible hours to fit your schedule.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote well-being, document progress, and coordinate with the care team. High school diploma required; valid driver's license if applicable; lifting up to 25 pounds;

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving capacity (not required, but preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
