Ivy Park at Walnut Creek is a premier senior living community seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence. You will support ADLs, maintain residents' dignity, and promptly communicate any changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication to interact with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Willingness to train and learn in a caregiving setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
