Experience Senior Living Team in Florida is seeking a part-time Care Partner to join our team. You will assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, supporting independence and comfort in a respectful environment.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, and timely communication with health staff. We value compassionate service, strong customer care, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all training programs specified by the company/state.
• Able to communicate effectively and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping andLaundry tasks as assigned.
• Review reports and communicate changes in resident needs to staff.
• Respond to resident calls and ensure timely support.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
