Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Florida is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and personal care during the 3pm–11pm shift. This part-time role emphasizes dignity, independence, and respectful engagement within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, housekeeping, laundry, meal support, and timely communication with nursing and wellness staff. CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA or Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Communicate with Director of Health & Wellness when needs change.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
