Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities. The RD will perform onsite visits Monday–Friday during regular business hours, total of 8 hours per week, with potential for more if travel is possible.

The role focuses on ensuring high nutritional standards, collaborating with the clinical team, and mentoring dining staff within a supportive, inclusive culture. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required or in process.
• State license required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' nutritional needs and ensure meals meet standards.
• Provide nutrition education and support to dining staff and clinical team.
• Assist with nutrition assessments and policy input with dining manager/supervisors.
• Coach and mentor dining managers and staff; train team on best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
