Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors in-home care is hiring a Part-Time Home Health Aide/Caregiver. You’ll help adults remain independent at home, provide personal care, prepare meals, monitor health, and offer companionship. Training and orientation are provided as part of the role.

Ideal candidates have HHA/CNA certification or relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate attitude. Valid DL and reliable transport are required; lifting may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide or CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or similar settings preferred.
• Awareness of basic cooking and meal planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with mobility and transportation and lifting when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence as directed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and family for comprehensive care.
