Senior Helpers is seeking a part-time caregiver to join our compassionate team and provide in-home care and companionship to seniors. You’ll help with daily activities, meals, mobility, and safety, creating a supportive and respectful environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and personalized support, with flexible hours and a focus on meaningful client relationships. Strong values and reliability are essential.

Formación

• Experience in caregiving or PCA care or similar roles.
• Genuine empathy and commitment to client well-being.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (caregiver training preferred).
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
• Reliability and strong moral character.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and employment verification.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide timely medication reminders.
• Support mobility needs including transfers and walking assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Prepare meals with attention to dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or needs.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
