Hireology seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide for in-home care in a private residence. This part-time role requires about 4 to 5 hours daily, roughly 20–25 hours weekly, supporting independent living and quality of life.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, CPR/BLS certification, a valid TB test, and a recent physical. Duties include ADLs, personal care, light meals, housekeeping, companionship, and appointment support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• 2-step TB test or documented TB screening.
• Physical examination within the last six months.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safety monitoring.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany client to appointments or errands as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
