Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Alpharetta, GA to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our company values with integrity.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Passion for retail and excellent service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy engaging with guests and delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate customers on product details and suggest options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
