Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with project plans and building codes.
• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements in order to incorporate them into project designs.
