Job summary

Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich residents' lives through coordinated, meaningful activities. 2-3 days per week with occasional weekend shifts, join a compassionate team dedicated to dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of activity programming experience.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a large resident passenger vehicle
• Prior experience in long-term care or related service industries

Responsibilities

• Promotes resident self-esteem and social participation.
• Assists in coordinating, developing, and maintaining activity programs.
• Orders art and craft supplies and tracks inventory.
• Provides bedside activities for residents unable to attend.
• Drives the community van as needed.
• Reports concerns to the Activity Director or Administrator.
• Complies with health and safety standards.
