Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving individual and team sales performance across our New York stores. You will combine expert product knowledge with a consultative approach to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.

You will engage with clients using clienteling tools, promote loyalty programs, and maintain visual standards.

You Will Be

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving individual and team sales performance. This role combines expert product knowledge with a consultative selling approach to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. The Sales Associate actively engages with clients in a welcoming environment, leverages clienteling tools and technology to expand business opportunities, and promotes loyalty programs to enhance customer value. In addition, this role supports operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, ensuring compliance, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business.

Salary Range

Salary Range $16.00 - $21.00*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
