Best Choice Self Storage is seeking a Maintenance Person to handle overall upkeep at both Best Choice Storage facilities. This part-time role offers up to 24 hours per week and involves multitasking as a salesperson, service rep, cleaner, and marketer in a fast-paced self-storage environment.

You will greet customers, help them choose the right unit size, and maintain clean, presentable facilities. The position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, drug screen, and aptitude

• Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at the facility with a smile and handshake
• Help customers determine the appropriate unit size for rental
• Clean vacant units to make them rentable
• Ensure grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable
• Cut locks and perform painting as needed
• Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien law
• Perform other maintenance tasks as needed

The chosen Best Choice Self Storage Maintenance person will be responsible for the overall upkeep and light maintenance at both Best Choice Storage facilities.This part-time position has the ability to work up to 24 hours a week.

Self-Storage is a fast-paced environment. Our employees wear many hats: salesperson, customer service rep, cleaning crew, marketer and more! As a USG Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting everyone at your facility with a smile and a handshake
• Helping your customers determine the best size unit before each rental
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition
• Ensuring grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable at all times
• Cutting locks
• Painting
• Preparing auction units according to procedure and lien law as needed

Our stores are retail and open Monday – Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Work days and times are flexible.

Candidate Requirements -

Valid Driver’s License

Successfully Complete Background Check

Successfully Complete Drug Screen

Attitude and Aptitude Testing
