Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance and pest control at Asheboro NC locations.
• General and preventative maintenance on facilities.
• Daily walk-throughs to ensure safety and integrity of the facility.
• Push/pull/haul materials as needed; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean and prep units for move-in; abandoned unit cleanup and haul away.
• On-the-job training for auction procedures, fixing hasps/doors, and vendor coordination.
• Limited tenant interaction; meet with vendors as necessary; participate in special projects.
