Go Store It Management in Chicago, IL is hiring a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to help keep our properties clean, safe, and functional. You’ll walk the site daily, perform minor repairs, and assist customers on site, contributing to a well-maintained facility.

We welcome applicants with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. The role offers a part-time schedule of about 20 hours per week and on-site work with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to check for trash, damage, lights, leaks, or issues.
• Fix small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform minor repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, and common areas clean and organized.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site and provide a helpful, professional service.
