Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day, looking for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, etc.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs.
• Keep the property clean including hallways, driveways, and bathrooms.
• Prepare units for the next renter after move-outs.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure functionality.
• Assist customers on-site as needed.
• Maintain a clean and operational environment proudly.
