Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage (Part-Time) in Vacaville, CA to market and rent storage spaces, and to help maintain the property while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work is scheduled for Saturdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Sundays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts. A Real ID or Passport is required for training travel; benefits include a 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Retail/food service/ hospitality experience is a plus.
• Must have Real ID or Passport for training travel to San Antonio training center.

Responsibilities

• Market and rent self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently inside an office and on the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
