Job summary

Dollar Self Storage, part of the Stadium Properties family, seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager for the Goodyear, AZ location. You will rent storage units, prepare leases, and provide top-tier customer service while keeping the facility clean and well maintained.

Schedule is three days/week (Mon, Fri, Sat) with hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; compensation includes an hourly rate plus potential commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Retail store experience is required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and prepare leases.
• Meet customer needs with the highest level of service.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained.
• Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales; make deposits.
• Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional manner.
